Shipping / Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver food orders within specified serviceable areas of Vadodara, Gujarat. Availability of delivery is based on your pin code/location at checkout.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 30–60 minutes from order confirmation, depending on location, order size, and traffic conditions.
During peak hours, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer. Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Free delivery may be offered on minimum order amounts or special promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Customers will receive updates via SMS/WhatsApp/Email once the order is confirmed, prepared, and out for delivery.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure correct delivery address and contact number while placing an order.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, the order will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is delivered damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery at shivanandinfo7@gmail.com with order details and supporting images. We will review the case and initiate replacement or refund if applicable.
7. No International Delivery
We do not provide international shipping. Orders are fulfilled only within our serviceable local areas.
