Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it, provided food preparation has not started. Once preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellation will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Goods
Since food items are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns of any food or beverage items once delivered.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered).
Food delivered in damaged condition (e.g., spillage, leakage).
Food not delivered due to operational issues.
Payment deducted but order not confirmed.
4. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the same payment method used for the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if refunded, will be settled through online transfer or discount vouchers.
No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds.
5. Complaints & Reporting
Any complaint regarding the delivered order (wrong item, quality issue, or damage) must be raised within 2 hours of delivery by contacting us at shivanandinfo7@gmail.com with clear details and proof (images if applicable).
6. Non-Refundable Cases
We will not issue refunds in the following cases:
If the customer provides incorrect delivery details.
If the customer is unavailable to receive the order.
If the food is disliked due to personal taste preferences.
If the food is not consumed immediately and gets spoiled.
